CUSTOMER SERVICES
DELIVERY
All orders will be sent out packed safely in a padded
envelope. All brooches are already gift packed in a gift box.
If you would like to order more than one present
and wish for us to send to more than one address, simply email or phone
us with the list of addresses prior to placing your order. We can then
arrange to send the relevant item to different addresses according
to your instructions.
Delivery Details
Standard Delivery is - £1.95
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to ship
your order within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification
as soon as payment has been received. All orders are posted First Class
Royal Mail.
Standard Recorded Delivery - £1.95 + £1..00
If you would like your order to be insured for up
to £28.00 compensation you have the option to upgrade to Recorded
Delivery. This requires a signature on delivery.
Special Delivery - £5.95
If you need or would like a guaranteed next day
delivery, you have the option to upgrade to Special Delivery. This
option is only available if you place an order before 2pm Monday -
Thursday only. This also requires a signature on delivery.
Late/Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us and we will try to chase with your order with the royal mail.
In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order
after 20 working days after which the Post Office classify the parcel
as lost. Pynk cannot be held responsible for the late or loss of
delivery.
International Shipping Charges
International orders are charged at our standard country tariffs as
set out in the checkout.
Europe Royal Mail Transit 3-5 days from Despatch
Rest of World Royal Mail Transit 4-9 days from
Despatch
Please note - that all delivery times are estimated from when your order
leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 48 business hours.
